Great tips, I do not do one of those as of yet, no wonder I am still struggling.

I set my opportunity clock 15 min early for tomorrow. Will have to do that from now on. When you think about it 15 min will not make that much difference in your sleep nut could make a big difference in your life.

Hey Craig, I contact 2 people per day, also i find walk arounds to be very effective in finding clients. When i am working out i notice some people looking over so i even invite them to join me with my workout so they can have a taste of what i do when i train. I have signed up 4 people doing this
